Delivery & Shipping Policy

All orders placed with ExclusiveWave are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
1. Delivery Options & Timescales

2. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (GMT/BST) on a working day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a dispatch notification with tracking details once it has been shipped.
3. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Please note that deliveries to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man) may take an additional 1–2 working days.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your delivery on the courier's website. If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us at info@exclusivequilts.com.
5. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an item is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours at info@exclusivequilts.com. If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the courier.
