ExclusiveWave accepts a range of secure payment methods for all orders placed through our online shop.

Payment Security
All payments are processed over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We use industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) to protect your card details during transmission. We do not store card details on our servers — all payment data is handled by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.
When Is Payment Taken?
Payment is taken at the point of checkout when you confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment is authorised.
Currency
All prices on the ExclusiveWave website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). No other currencies are currently accepted.
VAT
Prices displayed on this website include UK VAT at the current applicable rate (20%). A VAT receipt is included in your order confirmation email.
Payment Problems
If your payment is declined, please check:
- Your card details have been entered correctly
- Your card has not expired
- Your billing address matches the address registered with your bank
- Your bank has not blocked the transaction (contact your bank directly if so)
